What does HTP3 Systems actually build?
We turn repetitive small business tasks into simple software: intake flows, quote calculators, booking systems, dashboards, client portals, follow-up tools, and websites when the website is part of the task.
What we build, how fast we move, who owns what, and what happens after the demo.
We turn repetitive small business tasks into simple software: intake flows, quote calculators, booking systems, dashboards, client portals, follow-up tools, and websites when the website is part of the task.
Good fits are repeated tasks with clear inputs and outputs: answering the same questions, collecting customer details, scheduling, quoting, routing requests, sending reminders, reporting status, or giving customers a place to submit and check information.
For a focused demo system, we aim to have working software in your hands within 24–48 hours after we understand the task. Larger production systems take longer, but we still start with the smallest useful workflow instead of a long planning cycle.
Every job is scoped around the task. We price around what needs to be built, what it connects to, ownership needs, hosting, maintenance, and support level. A custom website with SEO is one possible engagement; a focused internal tool is another.
Ownership depends on the engagement structure. You always own your business content, data, and domain. For hosted and maintained engagements, we typically own and operate the code. For buyout-style engagements, we can include source-code ownership and repository access in the quote.
Usually, yes. We can build around an existing site, spreadsheet, calendar, CRM, payment link, or email workflow when that is the practical path. If replacing something is cleaner, we will say that too.
Engagement terms are set in the custom quote before work begins. Hosted support can be scoped for the project and adjusted as needed. No auto-renew traps, no vague retainers, and no surprise add-ons.
A small, veteran-owned team. No offshore contractors, no white-label resellers. Every system we ship is built, tested, and shipped by us — and we don't take on more work than we can deliver responsibly.
