Small-business workflow examples

Systems built around real work.

Anonymized examples of real problems HTP3 Systems has turned into working software. No client names, screenshots, testimonials, or numbers we haven't been given permission to publish.

The standard

Proof should explain the work without inventing the result.

A useful example names the problem, system boundary, safeguards, and handoff. It does not claim time saved, revenue created, compliance, or customer satisfaction without evidence and permission.

We publish a client name, logo, quote, screenshot, or metric only after approval. Until then, we describe the capability plainly without exposing the client.

Advisor onboarding

A guided intake and document workflow.

The work: collect the required household, financial, risk, and document details in a usable record.

The system: guided mobile workflows, conditional fields, server validation, receipts, PDFs, spam controls, and business-controlled document delivery.

The boundary: sensitive data follows stricter rules. Software supports the process; it does not replace policy or professional review.

Private client manager

A lead and engagement workflow in one place.

The work: move public submissions through lead, paid, complete, and spam states while keeping payment, follow-up, and activity together.

The system: authenticated staff access, grouped records, engagement details, payment confirmation, activity history, email handoffs, and guarded deletion.

The boundary: public marketing stays separate from private operations. Sensitive actions require identity checks and truthful history.

Professional-services front door

A clearer website and lead handoff.

The work: give prospects a clear service path, credible presence, and reliable contact route.

The system: responsive pages, structured services, direct calls to action, validated contact handling, delivery evidence, and privacy-friendly analytics.

The boundary: support sales without unsupported business, performance, or ranking promises.

Local-business website

A fast customer path with useful reporting.

The work: make location, hours, services, reputation, and key actions easy to find by phone.

The system: a fast mobile-first site with local information, structured data, analytics, and an appropriate internal reporting view.

The boundary: public content uses verified facts. Operational reporting stays private.

What these systems share

Start close to the work.

Each system starts with a repeated task and concrete handoff. We choose forms, databases, APIs, email, storage, dashboards, or a public site only after the operating boundary is clear.

The first version stays narrow enough to test with real examples. Production scope then defines hosting, ownership, integrations, support, monitoring, and failure responsibility.

What does your team repeat?

Describe the work in ordinary language. We will turn the first useful slice into software you can review before deciding on production.
