Learn the work
A 75-minute owner interview maps the recurring tasks, people, tools, handoffs, and bottlenecks. It can happen on-site in the 30A and Walton County area or by video.
Small-business owners do not need another stream of AI news or another subscription they have to figure out alone. My AI Guy gives you one practical partner who understands how the work gets done, helps your team use the right tools, and improves one useful process at a time.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and automation products can all be useful. The harder part is deciding where they belong, protecting the information that should not be shared, training the people involved, and carrying the improvement into the actual workflow. Without an internal owner, experiments stay isolated and the old process keeps running beside them.
My AI Guy is designed for owner-led businesses with one to ten employees that have recurring administrative work but do not need—or cannot justify—a full-time AI specialist. The service combines ongoing judgment with a small, clearly bounded amount of implementation each month. It is not a vague promise of unlimited consulting, and it is not an autonomous system making important decisions without human review.

You receive three practical opportunities assessed for potential value, implementation difficulty, data risk, required human review, and the likelihood your team will actually use the result.
The written action map and 30-minute results review show what to do first. The $500 fee is credited toward month one when the ongoing engagement begins within 30 days.
The standard My AI Guy Partner engagement is $1,500 per month with an initial 90-day commitment. It includes two 45-minute owner working sessions, three hours of hands-on configuration or workflow improvement, one 60-minute team training or office-hours session, a maintained AI roadmap, direct email support, and a monthly progress summary.
Three local founding clients can begin at $1,250 per month for their first six months. The founding rate does not change the boundaries: implementation hours do not roll over, work proceeds one priority at a time, and third-party subscriptions or usage remain client expenses.
The monthly engagement is meant to provide ongoing judgment, adoption support, tool selection, training, and bounded improvements. A custom application, complex integration, data migration, production automation system, or emergency support obligation is scoped and priced separately before work starts.
That boundary protects both sides. The business gets a reliable monthly rhythm without a surprise invoice, while larger work receives the design, testing, security, hosting, ownership, and support decisions it deserves. Client tools and accounts remain client-owned whenever practical, and HTP3 Systems does not choose products because of reseller incentives.
You have repetitive work, a team willing to change, and a real business outcome that could justify the monthly investment. You want advice and implementation from the same person.
You want unlimited custom development, a content-production subscription, a magic autopilot, or an AI system making sensitive financial, legal, employment, or customer decisions without oversight.
Tell us where the process is repetitive, confusing, or stuck. We will confirm whether the fixed $500 AI Opportunity Map is the right next step before anything is invoiced.
